Bought a puppy from Patricia on Saturday. The puppy was suppose to have been to the vet on Friday (the day before). The vet passed the puppy off as "well" when in fact it was very sick. She had an eye infection, an ear infection, and kennel cough. First vet bill was $300 for this "well" puppy. When we called the vets office they stated that she had brought in 53 puppies that day and there was no way they could give us any information regarding our particular puppy (so she is a puppy mill).

On Sunday I told Patricia the puppy coughed in its sleep and that someone else stated the puppy had an eye infection. She told me that the puppy was in a growing stage and its eyes just hadn't caught up with the growth of its eyelids (yeah sure, how dumb do you think I am?) and the puppy was not sick.


Puppy was suppose to be registered but when I called AKC the litter had not been registered. Patricia only registered her after I put stop payment on the credit card so she could send proof to the credit card company and get the payment back. No matter how many times we have talked to Patricia, she insists we have never called or complained.


My friend got 2 of the puppies. Her first vet bill was over $600. Both were sick. Both had kennel cough. One had it so long that the poor pup had pneumonia. Both had a variety of problems.

I plan to contact AKC, the Wisconsin District Vet, and any other organization regarding her treatment of animals.
