I found these people googling "bardwood" on the internet. They have a great looking website and their products look truly beautiful. Regina was sweet as pie and ultra responsive before placing the order. We exchanged emails back and forth and it never took her more than 20 minutes to respond.

After placing the order I realized a month had gone by and I had not heard from them. So I sent an email. No response. I followed up with a phone call a week later, which she returned and said my order was being photographed and would be shipped out that week, and that I would receive a FedEx receipt.

Another week went by, no picture, no FedEx receipt. Then I started to get nervous. Now it has been over a week with no response to my repeated phone calls and emails, in which I stated I am in no rush to receive the product, but do need to hear from them.

Basically: they took the money and ran. Don't let it happen to you.
