This person ordered a riding hackamore and a set of matching reins. They received the hackamore and shipped the reins once - they claim they did not arrive and I could not and still can not readily locate tracking. I offered a refund for the reins NOW and a refund for the hackamore if they returned the item which they state they no longer wanted. In response I got an email stating they would not return the hackamore unless I refunded for both immediately. I again informed this person that I would refund the reins now via the method of their choice but would not refund for the hack unless I received it back - I even offered to refund the shipping. This person has refused and would rather initiate a smear campaign instead of just returning the 26.00 item for a refund. I wills till refund both or one of the items. WIll gladly discuss this with anyone who so wishes.
