DO NOT contract with Edward or Carmen Blackshear/ Blackshear Construction. They took our money and destroyed our home. If you research them you will find they have had many complaints filed against them and have lost several cases. The ROC has also paid out money on three cases, ROC#602-542-1525. They have an "F" rating with the BBB.
We are still dealing with the destruction they caused, our house was so badly damaged that the city :deamed it inhabital: They have cost us over $25,000. I have talked to 5 different people that have had similar experiences with Blackshear Construction, some have settled their cases with the ROC paying them and some are still pending in court both in Mesa and Apache Junction. If you choose to use them, you will be the next one posting on here.
My goal is to stop these people NOW!!!!
