Got the free mini-report and was quite intrigued so after receiving several follow-up emails I decided to get the "Deluxe Numerology Reading" report. In an email received from Blair Gorman I was told I would received the report within 24 hours; probably sooner. I ordered the report on May 14, 2009 and have yet to receive anything. I sent an email 5/19/09 stating I had not received anything yet. I got no reply. I sent another email this morning 5/20/09 requesting a full refund of the $67.00 that has already been posted to my credit card. I will have to see what happens now.

NOT a scam, could potentially be an email delivery problem?

Hi Rebecca,

I'm sorry to learn that you did not receive your reports.

The first thing I would advise to do is check your Junk Mail folder, since your computer may have mistakenly filed it there.

If it's not that, then it's more than likely an issue of email deliverability. Some email address (e.g. Hotmail.com, Comcast.net addresses) occasionally bounce legitimate emails. Alternatively -- since the readings I prepare are hundreds of pages in total -- you may not have the available space if you're using some kind of webmail account.

My advice: Sign up for an email address at Gmail.com (Google's free email service). This virtually never fails. Then get in touch with me, so I can resend your reports, knowing that you'll get them.

Sincerely
Blair.
