I purchased an e-book from Blair Gorman, which I was lead to believe that it would teach me how to use numerology, to prepare me for different situations in my future. If I was not satisfied, money would not be removed from my credit card until I sent him an email stating how it helped me. Otherwise, my money would be fully refunded if I was dissatisfied.
I sent Blair Gorman an email stating that I was dissatisfied and wanted my money back. Shortly after sending him the email, the money was removed from my credit card on his behalf, and was never placed back on it. After contacting him through email, letting him know that I was reporting him as a ripoff, he then sends me another email the next day from a different email account saying,
" Hi (My Name Here),
Thank you for your email.
My most sincere apology to you for the delay with your report. These reports are being sent via a gmail account as you are not receivng emails from my Numerology account.
Please let me know that you have received your report.
Kind regards
Blair"
In receiving this email, I replied with a message stating that I want my money back and will take every action that I have to, to get it. Still my money has not been refunded.

I received my report from Blair Gorman Numerologist.

I answered the advert and received a free mini report.

I'm very sorry to read about your less-than-positive experience here.
From what I can gather from the posting here, the problem here seems to be one of email deliverability.
We've had a number of problems with this from one ISP in particular (Comcast), so if you're a Comcast customer, this would explain a lot! (they are currently blocking all emails from one of New Zealand's largest ISP's!).
It sounds as though one of my emails made it through to you though, so we're getting somewhere!
Unfortunately, I don't know who you are -- or your email address -- so cannot tell whether this is the case or not. I would encourage you to contact me directly so we can sort this out.
On another note, since you would have paid by credit card, please be aware that if I was indeed dishonest (which I'm not!), you could have the matter fixed quite simply by contacting your credit card company -- chances are they would just reverse the transaction. Credit cards afford the consumer quite a lot of protection, which is a great thing.
Anyway, I would appreciate it if you contact me directly, giving me the chance to make things right. If you do so, please be clear in your email that you are not receiving all my messages. You may or may not receive my reply email, but at least I'll be able to process your refund.
