Blair Strasser is currently operating under the business of Focus Point Marketing, as he has alleged his ownership of The Thomas Group is now bankrupt/closed. Blair professes to be in the website building/development business but his scam now covers three states (Texas, Oklahome, and Florida). Blair is very personable and engaging, however this is only a cover to separate you from your money quickly as he wants payment upfront, in CASH, will NOT provide invoices (violation of IRS laws) and in full, yet has no interest on carrying through with the business proposal.
Blair has scammed friends of mine as he likes to work your network so he can in essence steal from everyone en masse. If you do not go along with his scam, in which he basically tries to hold you hostage, he will NOT release your administrative page user and log-in information, which pretty much freezes you out of your own site which you own of course (I have substantiated documentation to prove this allegation!). Blair will download free website skins, such a Gorpus "Dolphin" wet will expect and demand you pay him for the free download which makes no sense whatsoever. As of August 1, 2009, Blair Strasser has been reported and is very much a person of interest with his business scams at the Flower Mound Police Department.

After checking with Judge Holland in Denton County's Precinct One court, the easiest thing to bring Blair Strasser out of hiding and into court, is to file a claim with small claims court for starters. EXPECT Blair's "attorney", who specializes in online divorces and traffic tickets, to contact you and make threatening claims (this is my experience with his "attorney" on Aug. 7, 2009, at 3:53pm) and that you should cancel your court filing so his "attorney" can "work something out for you". Keep in mind Blair also "did" this "attorney's" website so their is obviously some kind of warped relationship there! If you are interested in filing in Small Claims, Blair Strasser falls under the Denton County Court system and the court office can be reached at: 940-349-3170 or by fax: 940-349-3171. Blair's "attorney" stated to me that since I had already filed within the court system, that he will advise Blair NOT to come to the door to accept service from the Denton County Constable!!??? The "attorney" will try to make this sound very drawn out and torturous if you don't go along with his way, don't worry, it's not! Keep in mind the Constable can simply go back to the Judge and have the Judge sign off whereby the letter of service will simply be LEFT on Blair's doorstep! Upon filing this Rip Off Report, I still do not have any semblance of a custom website that Blair promised he could do in two weeks!
