Blakeslee Inn - John Soran,nasty, distastefull, unethical,dirty room, bad customer service, waste of money, waste of time, Poconos, Pennsylvania Blakeslee, Pennsylvania

First off I want to say when I got to the Resturant and Hotel in Blakeslee, PA for a short visit for the Holidays. I was greeted in a very cold mannor.

First my information for my Hotel was ripped from my hands and I was practically thrown the key in my face.

I then asked to speak with someone latter about this incident with the checker in the hotel and I was given to a gentle man by the name of John Soran.

Well I must say I thought since I thought this was someone in charge of the place things would work themselves out and have to say Mr. Soran was very cocky with my request to have people treated in an ethical manor.

This John Soran guy must have been a nobody because he was arrogant,cocky,and 110% unprofessional and I expected more in a travel and resturant.

I told him what had happened and instead of hearing things would be taken care of he acted like he was not even listening to what I had to say and then when I asked him to repeat what I had said he got cocky and said yeah yeah yeah I heard you the first time.

This trip to this place was not only my worst night mare but also had dirty rooms, nasty workers, unethical management or jokers if you will but was also a huge waste of my time and hard earned money to even book a place such as this.

When visiting the upper area or traveling throughout the Poconos do not and I repeat do not book a room or dine at the Blakeslee Inn and Resturant and Most of all do not Deal with the nasty staff or those Jokers who think they are the managment like this John Soran guy unless you want to be miserable just like him and the rest of them there.
