Blank Dvd Media scam, stole product, no refund Laval, Quebec

I talked to frances about returning my product.  He said go head never looked up my account are anything. So I did.  He said I would get a credit from them for my news inks.  Since my old printer went.  When I called after the mail strike, someone else said I was not allowed a credit and did not know were my returned inks were. They were not in the system. And he told me francis was on holidays.  Called back when francis was back since they refused to call me back or return any emails.  I asked him for my credit so I could order more ink and he said I was not getting any refund or credit.  I explained to him that he told me I could return it. He said so.  I told them to send my old inks back 2 weeks ago which they have not done.  Please do not deal with this company ever.
