I suggest that you go elsewhere if you are looking for blinds. I spend over $1000 on blinds and they were all the incorrect size (too small). When I contacted them about this, they suggested I 'tape the sides' to block out the light! I contacted them with all the information requested that clearly showed that they didn't send me what I ordered, yet they were still unwilling to make things right.

    I think this company may have been better off not responding at all.    The response does not address the OP's issue, it sounds more like an advertisement.  You'll note that they didn't bother to directly address the OP's problem at all.  I wonder if they hire out of work robots to respond to their complaints.

         Always use a steel measuring tape
         Measure all windows, even those that appear to be the same width and height
         View color swatches in the room where the shade will be installed in different lighting conditions throughout the day.
