Ordered a dress online.  It arrived several weeks later from China which they never disclose on the website. 

The item I received very vaguely resembled the online representation of the item, if that wasnt ibad enough along with the horrible inferior quality of the poorly assemble garment, it was 2 sizes to small, had no size label on it anywhere and a totally different company's name label sewn in.

I contacted them requesting a return/refund, after several days they ask me to send pictures which i did.  They have not responded and continue to ignore my request for return.refund.  I reached out on their Facebook page and left comments asking for them to contact me for a refund, they deleted my comments and blocked me.

It is apparent at this point they have no intention of making this right. I did a search and found others complaing of recieving inferior quality merchandise, some not receiving anything, and no one is able to get a refund. I have no idea how they are in business, they seem to be a total scam.
