Cassandra Jella, Blissful Baby Bites CEO, is a harasser, liar, and evil extortionist. She completely took advantage of me and ripped off my business. She hired me perform a bunch of marketing and financial work for her business, and then refused to pay her remaining half of the balance once the assigned work was completed. She also said that if I dont perform additional services for her (that where never part of our original contract) she would 'sue' me and also spread lies and write false content about my business online (which she has done).
During the aproximately 6 months that I have known Cassandra Jella there have been dozens of threateneing and harrassing phone calls from her. She has many random angry outbursts and is clearly an emotional mess. I feel genuinly sorry for anyone who has to deal with her on a regular basis, especially in a business relationship capacity because she is absolutely incompetent and also dillusional! Miss Jella is also an extreme Narcisist as she seems to be in complete denial about her outragous attitude and behavior. Fearing the saftey of myself and my staff, I had to get the police involved to warn her to stay out of our lives forever (finally!).
Now I am seeing online that she is seeking investers through Kick-Starter and other crowd-funding sources to invest money on Blissful Baby bites. If you are someone who is considering doing business with Cassandra Jella, for the love of god, DONT DO IT! It will be an action that you will regret 100%. You may as well flush money straight down your toilet and save the time and hassles of having to deal with this monster. I feel the responsibility to let potential investors know the Truth about Cassandra Jella, because anyone who invests in Blissful Baby Bites will be making the bigest mistake of thier life!

Hi, this report filed by Melissa Eberhart is defamation. She posted this in response to the complaint that I filed against her company, Mana Creative on Rip off Report, Yelp, and the Better Business Bureau (please see the complaint that I filed about a month ago on each site). Melissa Eberhart and her boyfriend have completely slandered my business since I posted my negative experiences with Mana Creative.
They illegally hacked into my facebook account, Linked-in account and business webpage and completely committed defamation by putting up a fake facebook page with dead babies on it an my picture saying that I like to kill babies. It was horrible and down right sick. That page was another example of her defamation.
Melissa Eberhart was supposed to be my web designer, she had nothing to do with marketing and financials and all money was paid to her even though she left me with a nonfunctioning site that I had to pay someone to redo because she refused to fix it. She became HIGHLY defensive when I became upset at her lack of communication and follow through. Of course I got upset when she wouldn't respond to me for weeks and kept missing the "launch" deadlines and then after 8 months told me I needed to pay $1,000 to have the site how I originally told her I wanted it. I was actually very calm and directly told her through emails that I was upset. Who wouldn't be!? I will post the emails I sent her on here so you can see for yourself.
She also has another negative review on Yelp that is very similiar to my experience. She tried to get her friends to post positive things about her company right after the first negative review was posted (Yelp filtered them out because they were not legit) and she then tried to have people post positive things after I posted my review of just the facts of what happened and Yelp again filtered out those reviews as they were not legit.
I am in the process of taking Melissa Eberhart to federal court for multiple issues that have arose.
