3/20/2017 through Internet ordered samples of Blissful Skin Care. Paid by Credit Card (No refund for those charges). I'm more worried about the larger charges. 4/3/2017 - No samples had arrived. 12:10pm(EST) called said I had no samples. Don't bother now. Just cancel whole account. OK. received cancellation by eMail. Later checking my Credit Card Statement in April I was billed for 1 sample $104. and another sample for $94. Called immediately said I cancelled. Was told, to late. Had to cancel within 14 days after receiving the product. Explained I've received nothing. Also he said no record of my call of 4/3/2017. Said find proof then call back. Just found copies of the confirmation of calls 4/3/2017. Called again. Said he shows no record of call.

I Said calls are recorded check tapes. No couldn't do that. Said I only want a refund. Sorry you should have called within 14 days of receiving samples. I said I've not received anything! He said so sorry about that but nothing he could do. Asked for address and person to send confirmations to by way of mail. Sorry can't help you. I cannot believe I fell into this trap. Seeing Dr Oz and Shark Tank endorse this product I thought it would be different. Here I am 77 years old what made me think this would make me more beautiful and youthful? My family and friends probably like me just the way I am. I certainly can't afford the monthly payment for this kind of thing. If I could I would go straight to an MD and get a good old fashion face lift and be done with it!!
