Blockbuster Express Redbox Automated Retail Stole Money Out Of MY Bank Acct for Returned DVDS Gastonia, North Carolina

I have been on the phone all day trying to explain to blockbuster how I returned movies over a month ago that were being rejected by there kiosk. when the movies finally did return after several attemps and driving to other locations I thought I was cleared.  This morning I wake up to find out that there were 2 charges for $32 when I know for a fact that I returned them.  I also had someone with me when I was struggling to return them. When I asked Blockbuster to open the kiosk and check for the movies they denied being able to help me in any way.  Customer service was awful as you can imagine when someone is basically telling you that you are lying and they will not be able to help me in anyway.  I never thought that a company could work that way but now that I know I am letting everyone I know that they can not trust the kiosks to be accurate.  This is taking money out of people hands that need it the most. If I could afford to buy movies at $32 a piece I would just go to walmart but since I can not I go with the $1 rentals. I watch them and return them the next day thinking it was a "safe" way to save money.  Instead now because of this I am unable to pick up and pay for my wedding alterations and am some how suppose to be married in a few short days. If you are like me and live on a budget I would suggest using these boxes, red or blue, they are owned by all the same people.. Redbox.
