Blockbuster Online Misleading customer service and website difficult to find contact phone Blacksburg Virginia
Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Blockbuster online was misleading when trying to file a deceased person's account dispute.
Rep said monthly fee would be credited but it was not.
Follow up call rep was rude, not helpful until pressed several times about answers. Then stated, we have a no refund policy - sorry and hung up.
