I sent for this suppose to be free Glycemic Index chart just pay shipping & handling at $5.95 he over charged me on my credit card he charged me $9.99
The chart is a joke it sucks big time. I can get more information for free off the internet which I did I got a full free download of the Glycemic Index .All he is trying to do is push his bottle of Glucotrin pills. You can get the same ingredients at a Health Food store for have the price of his pills. I will never buy anything from his Company again because he lied. In my opinion People need to be alert to this guy he is a rip off.
I have my receipt saved for proof of charges and I have his web site saved too it still shows he is still only charging $5.95.
