On June 13th , 2008 , I ordered flowers on line from bloomex ,to be sent to my friend in Ottawa. Purchased 1 x LF29-11 @ $ 29.99 ,
1 x RP combo @ $ 15.98
Taxes @ $ 7.79
Delivery AM @ $13.99

Paid By Visa $ 67.75
Received flowers on June 14th , flowers received missing RP-Combo , card with my message missing , and the three roses in the vase were wilted on arrival at my friends house. Called immediately on Monday on line with Kim, reported the problem and she gives me all type of excuses why the order was wrong , and told me I would have to send photos of the wilted flowers to prove to them that they are wilted. Sent them the photos. And never heard back from them.
I then reported this to Better Business Bureau , who sent a notice to them , and they ignored the BBB also. They also have false advertising as to the RP-Combo, as kim said that this was only for roses order but on the internet there is no mention of this at all. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH COMPANY.......THEY DO NOT RESPECT THEIR CUSTOMERS , OR BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. ALL PHOTOS AND DOCUMENTATION ON HAND.

I WOULD LIKE TO ADVISE YOU THAT ANGELA , AT BLOOMEX , TODAY , HAS SETTLED MY PROBLEM 100%. ANGELA IS A GREAT CUSTOMERS RELATION PERSON , WHO HANDLED MY PROBLEM VERY PROFESSIONALLY. BLOOMEX ARE VERY FORTUNATE TO HAVE HER THERE.
