Blooms N Roses Flowers & Gifts 1-800-314-1897 i called them up the day before mother's day to deliver flowers to my mom and they told me the flowers would arrive between 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm on mother's day! they arrived at 9:00 pm in the evening! Internet

this is my complaints from me and my sister's complaint as well.

we are NOT happy with the delivery service from this STUPID FLOWER SHOP that LIED TO ME ABOUT THE DELIVERY TIME FOR THE FLOWERS which were scheduled to arrive between 12:00 pm and 5 pm and arrived at 9:00 pm in the evening on Mother's Day!  this is NOT acceptable service at all!

No Bloody Way!

here is a copy of my complaint letter that i sent to both BLOOMS N ROSES and an extra copy to American Express to dispute the charges!

MAY 10, 2010 RE: ORDER NUMBER 56694 DEAR OWNER-MANAGER OF THIS FLOWER SHOP IN TORONTO, ONTARIO CANADA: THERE IS NO WAY IN HELL I AM GOING TO PAY FOR THESE FLOWERS. YOU LIED TO ME ON THE PHONE WHEN I MADE MY FIRST PHONECALL TO ORDER THE FLOWERS TELLING ME THAT THEY WOULD ARRIVE BETWEEN 12:00 NOON AND 5:00 PM AND YOU PURPOSELY LIED TO ME TO GET ME TO BUY THE FLOWERS. THEY ARRIVED VERY VERY VERY VERY LATE AT 9:00 BLOODY P.M. IN THE EVENING AND THEY APPARANTLY WERE NOT FRESH. FURTHERMORE, AS MY SISTER SAYS, SHE HAD TO DRIVE 1 HOUR TO DELIVER THEM TO MY MOTHER BECAUSE OF YOUR DISGUSTING LATENESS. MY MOTHER WAITED AT MY SISTER'S HOUSE FROM 12:00 PM TO 5:00 PM FOR NOTHING AND YOU WASTED THEIR TIME AND MY TIME, BUT I WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO WASTE MY MONEY WITH THIS BULLSHIT SERVICE! DO YOU UNDERSTAND ME? THIS TO ME IS NOT CONSIDERED GOOD OR LEGITIMATE SERVICE! I AM NOT PAYING FOR THIS BLOODY ORDER AT ALL AND I AM INFORMING AMERICAN EXPRESS THAT I AM NOT PAYING FOR THIS ORDER AND I WILL FIGHT IT IF IT TAKES 1 YEAR TO DO SO. THANK YOU FOR NOTHING AND I WILL ALSO POST A COMPLAINT ABOUT YOUR COMPANY ON YELP AND OTHER WEBSITES ABOUT YOUR DISGUSTING SERVICE AND LIES. says: hi.. i tried skyping you but you werent there. Well the flowers arrived at 8:50 PM. they are Beautiful ! But mom wanted to leave around 7 pm. So it is awfl that she won't see them abolutely fresh. I heard you are good at giving s**t. Well, here is your chance to shine. They told you delivery when? I told the delivery guy that they werent for me and my mum had left. He basically shoved his shoulders. You can tell them that your sister had to drive for an hour the next day to get them to your mums place. Anyway, It was mothers day but that is terrible service.

here is the stupid response letter coming from the flower shop when i emailed them to complain about the service NOT being delivered at around 1:30 p.m. in the afternoon on Mother's Day California Time (and also it is combined with my complaint letter as well underneath)...
