Ordered 2 holiday floral arrangements online from this company to 2 different addresses. One was delivered. the other wasn't. I called for a refund. Only was able to contact the "Shipping" person -he said I had to call the office but didn't know the number. I called the other no. listed on the web page. everytime I called, no one answered so left message. No one called me to solve the problem or get a refund. Called the shipping tel no. again. Individual was rude and unwilling to help and hung up on me. I called my credit card as I was suspicious of this company. Credit Card company would check with Blooms N Roses, and they would credit my account for the charge of the non-delivered bouquet -$79.98 Name of billing agency was another name: "24 Hour Flowers & Gifts Mississauga ON". Then a month later, Blooms N Roses turned around and illegally charged my credit card again for that floral deliveryl! Called the Credit Card company again for a new card number!
