I live in Indiana and needed flowers delivered in California.

 I looked on line for a florist. Found Blooms Rewards and ordered flowers from them.

They took my money and then sent email saying they were unable to deliver flowers because they had no one to deliver them. Then I noticed they have been charging my account 9.95 a month for over 9 months that I did not authorize. Now I am fighting to get my money back,
