Blooms Today Duped by Blooms Today/Nightmare!!!!! Duped 9.99-didnt show up on order total but on credit card Internet, Virginia

Facts that occurred when ordered flowers from Blooms Today:

Ordered Flowers from them on internet. Invoice came out to be 28.97. Talked with my husband and he said order it. Wrote down the price we paid so when credit card came in I could review it. Most companies email you an invoice--never got one. Got credit card billed and there were three entries:
one for 48.97, one for -20.00, one for +9.99=38.96. So, one order had three entries on the credit card statement.

Called Blooms Today and they said you became a member and there is recurring monthly 9.99 charge. You joined the Blooms Reward program.
I never saw that I became memebr with a recurring 9.99 charge.
The day I ordered the flowers the 9.99 was never shown on the total. The total when I ordered was 28.97 not 38.96
This is very deceptive-i would have not ordered from them if I was going to pay 9.99/month for one order of flowers. it has happened to many people..You dont know you become a member becasue it is not stated on the total you are being charged. You notice it when the credit card statement comes in.
I have never ever ordered on the net and had a different total then what was reflected on the invoice.....this is deceptive and fraudulent.
It has happened to many people. Go on the internet and read all the complaints.
I go to facebook and see people post complaints about this and then Blooms today removes them and then they go and remove them so nobody can read them.

Things to do if this happens to you:
Dispute the charge whith your credit card company. Go to the back of your statment and follow how to dispute the charge.
File a complaint with BBB
go to the Federal Trade Commission and file a report
go to state attorney general page also
post complaints on all the webistes so people can see them
post on your facebook and send emails to your friends alerting them if it has happened to you
