I ordered flowers and a plant to be delivered to a funeral on a Friday at 1:30. Right after I sent the order I receive a email that says that I ordered it after the cut off time of 1 pm. I called the number and let them know the cut off time on the website said 2pm. Then I was informed since Mississippi was in Eastern time zone the order was done at 2:30. I let them know that Mississippi was in Central time zone and always had been. I asked where the company was located and they said Texas.

They told me they were basically FTD. They said they would email the order to the florist and tell them to deliver the flowers on Friday. I asked to have the florist phone number but was told they did not have that information. OK!

So, I waited Friday night and no phone calls. I called the funeral home NO Flowers. So, I called Blossomflorist.com back and was told that they can only email the florist they do not know who the order goes to. Well, I called the 4 florist in the small town and none had received the order. I then called blossomflorist back and told them I wanted to cancel the order.

They funeral was in 3 hours. They then said they would Email the florist again and tell them to cancel the order and to call me. Well, never received the phone calls and the flowers were not delivered. Luckly, one of the businesses I called helped me out and was able to deliver flowers before the funeral. I learned my lesson and will make sure I am dealing with a local florist. Not a 3rd party.
