Blowflex TreadClimber Nautilus, Inc. Not contacted regarding delivery, would not go upstairs even tho I paid to have that done! Internet

This is the letter I sent to them:

Regarding my order,  I am writing to say how angry and disappointed I am with your service!

You never sent me a email saying my order had shipped, but I did receive one from the 3rd party service who puts your product together.

So I called the customer service to see that it not only shipped but was to be delivered TODAY, thank god I was home as FedEx would not bring it upstairs.

I am 64 year old women, had no one to help Me bring it up and your information on the website stated they would come up 11 stairs, perfect because that is the exact amount I have.

Deceiving because its the 3rd party that will bring it up, however when you call to set up the appointment, they are 3 days out.  Cant leave it at the bottom of the stairs as I live in an Apt. and its not only a danger but $2000 worth of equipment would be ripped off right away!!

Finally some neighbors of mine came by and got a friend to help me, which I paid them for!

(Already paid for this prior w/what I thought was Blowflex, but again it was the 3rd party, had I know it was coming perhaps this could have been avoided?

Again your name is out there with Excellence and your service is Worse than Poor!
