BTL Cleaning

I was contacted by Benjimen from BLT Cleaning from an application on line for a housekeeper. I interviewed me while on his cell and on his way to dinner. I was told the rate was 20.00 and hour and I would recieve 12.00 and hour. Using my own car, supplies, and milage was not covered and it would be me and my sister cleaning.Upon reading his website it clearly states that when 2 maids are set out it its 40.00 and hour...not 20.00 and we would split the 20.00 each which left our pay at approximently 5.75 an hour. When we recieved the first appointment the next morning at 9 am there was no instructions as to enter the houme, specifics as to a key, gated community, if they were home and not working ect. I immediately texted Benjiman with these concerns at 9pm. At 10 pm he emailed me back with ..."Hi".I sent a notice to the appointment expaining to her that we were not informed as to if it was gated, if she would be home,  how to gain entry to her residence. At 7am Benjimen for BLT Cleaning called 4 times and texted approximately 6 times stating he didnt want my 'brains just my cleaning' and stated that 'I am not smarter than him' and so forth. I then told Benjimen I replied to the client that we where not given any instruction as to if it was gated, a spare key, open acess and if she would like to rescheduale for later today.BLT is unproffessional, offensive, and does not offer quality cleaning or housekeepers with common sence as he stated he doesnt need brains ...just work.At this point I sent him a Cease and Desist order and he continued to harrass me. I informed him I would be contacting my lawyer ... at this point he called me a lier and I dont have a lawyer. I am a buisness woman ... I have had my lawyer on retianer for 25 years.
