Blue Apple Movers BAM Cheated Outrightly by holding stuff at ransome Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

I had contract with Blue Apple Movers to move stuff from Edison NJ to Charlotte NC for a flat rate of 1200/- on to be picked up on Dec 10th, 2011 and to be delivered on Dec 13th, 2011. They called me on Dec 9th to inform that they revising the price for 1350/-. On Dec 10th after picking up the stuff they demanded 750/- as advance instead of 675/-.

After driving myself to Charlotte, NC i called them to inquire about possible deliver date only to be informed that they are cancelling the move and my stuff needs to be picked up from a storage in Philadelphia, PA and promised that they will return the paid advance.

After arranging a different mover and mover approached to pickup stuff he was redirected to pick up from some other location. Later on when inquired about the advance i was asked to kiss his a**. No response so far when approached by my attorney.
