Blue Chrysalis Financial Services took the food out of my kid's mouths Portland Maine

Basically Blue Chrysalis Financial Services approved me for a $5000 dollar loan. I needed this, because my husband had to have surgery and couldn't work and my paychecks weren't enough to cover the bills and feed my three small children.

So, it was a lie. They required me to send money for an insurance policy as a security deposit ( I know I was dumb) And promised me the money would be in my bank account within 2 hours.

But nope, they told me I had to send them more money. Which stupidly I did, because I really need the loan to go through. And guess what? The loan was supposed to be in my account in another 2 hours. Nope. Now they are requiring more money.

So finally I asked for my money back ($1080), and they are telling me that after 90 days they can start the refund process. So instead I called an attorney, who did tell me that the company is guilty of fraud, and do not send them another dime.
