 Blue green has took $995 and miss managened my account. January 21 2013 My wife and I purchased 9000 sampler points to add to our account to use for a 2013 Christmas ski vacation.In the spring of 2013 we attemptec to redeem our points and schedule a vacation. tO OUR DISSApointment the points were not there to use for the Christamas ski vacation. As we have another scheduled salesd presentation on february 27 2014 Blue green has informesd us the points that we purchased and never had in our account  had expired. We asked to have our money back.They were unable to help besides giving us the 800-456-2562 corporate help line to spend another 2 hours of my vacation going no where after 20 minutes on hold tword resolution. At this time I hev no help from Blue green and I feel my only choice is to present my grevence to the State of Michigan Attorney General. Better Business Bureau, Yelp, Angies list and any other Consumer rating agencies to explain about my ruined vacation and and dissapointment with Blue green vacations
