We contracted with Blue Haven Pools in Ocala to build a $50,000 pool, complete with waterfall, Pebbletek bottom, etc. during the course of construction we knew we were in trouble when delay after delay occured. The pool had been completed only 6 months and we noticed cracks in the pool deck, pipes not working, and rocks falling off the 15' wide waterfall. when we called their office we found out they had closed their doors in their Ocala office and no forwarding number.
We tried numerous times to reach other offices, and were giving the "not our problem" line. Since the, the pool bottom has become discolored, the deck cracking even further, and the salt cell already gone bad. I would not recommend anyone doing business with anyone representing this company
