Blue Haven Pools Oveido,Fl division does not honor their warranty.. Oveido, Florida

ol is 7 years old. pool has strucual warranty that says as long as the buyer is the owner the structure is under warranty from any leakage... Pool developed crack in structure(gunite) that caused major leak.. Leak temporarily repaired using epoxy but looks terrible. It's only a temporary fix..Blue Haven will only repair leak but will not resu.face the pool.

I had 2 pool companies temporarily repair the leak but they said it would only last 6 months and that the pool needed to be resurfaced in order to permantly fix the leak and make it look like a pool again instead of a scar going down someones face that was stitched .Blue  Haven refused to resurface the pool unless I paid for this out of pocket.The men from Blue Haven that came out to look at the leak were very rude and left abrupty..I do not recommend Blue Haven pools Oveido, Fl to build your pool. They are total rip-off..Poor quality materials and cheaply done..
