I started a account with bluehippo in 2008 after 3 months i called them to see when my laptop was going to be shipped out. They told me that my laptop was been built and would ship soon. So after another month when by still no laptop so I called them back and they told me they could not give me a ship date that they were working on it. I canceled my account with them and ask for a refund they told me I had to go to there website and buy a computer that they did not do refunds. So I went to there site and found one to bye so when I clicked on the one I wanted it was cheaper than what I had in my account with them so I had money left over. When I went to make the transation it told me I had to sent a $76.00 dollar money order for shipping. So I called them back and they told me that I had to sent the money order for shipping that they could not give my money back because they did not do refunds. I never received my laptop and I have never seen my $1900.00 dollars when
I went to contact them there number does not work no more. I need my money back and they need to pay me. They have taken money that does not belong to them. Can someone please help me.
