I opened an account with Blue Hippo in 2004. I paid them a total of 1471.00. I made about 20 attemptst to contact them and no one can seem to locate the account--even though I gave them my sign-on to view the account online, fax over the information, and sent screen shots.

I want my money refunded or another tv sent to me.
