Blue Medical First Choice Home Health, bluemedical Deceived about a product. Seller unwilling to refund. No further communication- just lies! Fenton, Michigan

What a farce of a company. Bluemedical, an eBay seller who purports themselves to be a POWER SELLER, ripped me off.

Sherry White, their primary contact, is friendly enough before the sale, but watch out. Once you receive your near expiration/open and tampered with product, she'll disappear like Casey Anthony.

I bought five bottles of vitamins using "Buy it Now" at their online store. Upon receiving them, discovered two of the bottles was near expiration (another 2 months was all that was left). Another two were open and tampered with, no safety seal. I contacted the seller about sending them back and wanted a refund of my shipping as well. That's when the run around started...

"Send me your Paypal user id"... "Oh, I didn't get it, send it again".."You'll have to send us a complaint letter so we can forward it to the accounting department"...

The tactics used were clearly to deter me from pursuing my rightly deserved refund. A UPS call tag was eventually issued and the product sent back, but then crickets. No more contact from Sherry or anyone at bluemedical. No reponse to emails or voicemails.

I finally resorted to filing a complaint with the Michigan State Attorney General's office, which she did respond to, but only to kvetch some far fetched lies.... with no substance to back any of her claims whatsoever, mind you.

Oh, things like me being a hemmorhoidal customer, harrassing her staff repeatedly (a revelation, considering you can't get anyone to answer the phone there ever)..their high feedback score on eBay (not so impressive when considering the number of complaints they actually receive each month).

In the end, you're better off not dealing with bluemedical on eBay. And if you ever find yourself in the Fenton, MI area, steer clear of their brick and mortar store on Leroy St. known as First Choice Home Health.
