Blue Moon Capital Lost $5,000.00 deposit on one property that has never been started for two years another that finalized but couldn't get rented Denver Colorado

Approx 2 years ago we entered a business contract with Blue Moon for 2 properties in Pittsburgh, PA. The first one to be finished in Sept. 07 was done in spring of 08. That one sat empty for months in this very high "rental area". When finally rented the first 2 months rent went towards repairs and city fees before move in. This was on a "rent ready" property adding up to several thousand dollars. When the property was "ready" we received notices from city and emails from prop managers that fines would be coming if we did not get yards cleaned up. After hassels back and forth Blue Moon did pay $500 for cleanup but in the meantime the prop mgr. was showing it like that - no wonder it didn't rent.

Next, the other property never did get started and to this day has not been finished. Our friend visiting Pittsburgh took new pictures and they look just like the old ones. Now I find out my name is only name on Deed and yet I have never paid taxes, insurance, etc ever! Blue Moon has paid every bill involving this property. I want my name off and deposit returned. I have contacted an attorney and am ready to start law suit. I wish we could do a class action together on these guys.
