This site (BlueMountain.com) makes it impossible to talk to a live person about a billing error. There is no contact information on the site and the site makes it difficult to find the phone number necessary to call to cancel membership. The number called is completely automated with NO option to talk to an operator, no matter what.
Membership is charged a year after signing up for the initial trial and no notice is given via e-mail or other form so the charge could sneak by if you're not paying attention. As there is no person to talk to, refunds are virtually impossible without contacting the parent company, AG Interactive, which can be reached at:

This site is devious in its deliberate obfuscation of any kind of contact information, billing procedures, or substantive help. Their attempt to fleece people of a measly ten bucks is ludicrous and the company has no system in place to reimburse or even address customers who have legitimate issues or problems.
Their business plan must include this purposeful inscrutability and is not recommended in any way.

I read the rebuttal from AG Interactive and want to say that it is not true that it is easy to obtain cancellation information on this company. Their 800 number is not listed on the FAQ's or contact information. You need to navigate to their Company Information page. You will not get through to a real person unless you choose the phone option for new accounts. If you have a dispute then you are told to discuss it with Bill Me Later. The billing from Bill Me Later does not provide the information as to what their bill is for. I am surprised this company has been able to continue to operate in this matter.

AGInteractive (AmericanGreetings.com and BlueMountain.com) has contact information all over their site including general company info. Also if you go to the help pages and do a generic search for "cancel" you will be given 4 different help pages and one of them is "how do i cancel my subscription".
You can also do a search for telephone number, contact or other misc. terms to find the telephone number to call. The telephone number for Membership Support is staffed by live agents 8am-8pm EST.
