It looks to me like you may be involved with several companies.  You are asking us to give you these companies phone numer and addresses, I can't provide that information if I don't know it.  It seems like you are directing all of your complaints to our company when it sounds like their are other companies.  

When disputing a charge with the credit card company you need to provide accurate information.  This information would be only that pertaining to our business not other ones you also signed up for.

As I previously explained, while their is a pending dispute we have been instructed to not process or do anything with this account until the dispute has been finalized.  So please let them make their decision.  I will not be replying to anymore of your emails because of the pending dispute.
