Just wanted to give all of you a heads up, yesterday I experienced the worst customer service I have ever had.

I ordered a qulaifier intake and matching plenum, throttle body combo from Blue Oval Industries on eBay.

They emailed me and let me know my order shipped, it arrived the next day...missing the intake.

Read the emails below, and see how this company treats people...not worth the trouble. I even called the guy, John, who was a complete piece of **** and hung up on me lol

- Dear blueovalindustries,

I received ONLY the throttle body and plenum...NO INTAKE. I paid $700, I expect this to me sent out with expedited shipping, pretty horrible experience. Will be noted in feedback.

Since this is such a horrirble exprenience we will stop the intake and you can send back the other two parts and we can refund your money. Please send the parts back to 207 N. 5th St Elkton VA 22827. Thank you. I hope you day gets better

Dear blueovalindustries,

Please send me a label for return, certainly you don't expect me to pay for an order that you are trying to cancel.

If I do not receive a return label, I will not be shipping anything back, and will be awaiting the arrival of the intake I have purchased.

I will not call you, all I want is my nice new intake. If you would be kind enough to send me a tracking number for it as soon as it becomes available I will be satisfied. Is this achievable?

There will be no phone calls. The horrible experience was being informed my order had shipped, anticipating its arrival and then it not being there. 

You are now attempting to cancel my order, based on the fact that I am unhappy with the first experience I had with your company. This is another example of how dealing with you has not been pleasant. Again I ask for tracking on an item that I have purchased and paid for...please tell me how this is an unreasonable request?

I tell you i'm unhappy and you blast me with sarcastic, rude emails. I'm tempted to forward all of these emails to the Better Business Bureau.

No worries we have stopped the package. Please send back the remaining parts. No need to communicate with us further. i guess you are the type that just hide behind a keyboard. Not personable enough to talk to real people. Your life must just be a living hell. I feel very sorry for you. Have a great holiday.

Ebay/paypal/your credit company are all going to make you send the parts back to get your refund. you do not get to keep the parts. Just think just a dab of niceness you would not be spending your Friday night doing all of this. I bet your hands cannot type fast enough for what you are trying to do. I all of that work just so you can try a treat people like crap. I really do feel sorry for you.

You have made me laugh today, I won't lose any sleep. Here's something to think about, you're all bent out of shape, hanging up on people, "feeling bad". I'm having a great day, new parts already on there way from competent companies that act like adults.

Get a life, you whiney little girl.

I do feel sad for you. Rather than family and friends making you happy it is just material things. 1st thing we did when we got home was hug our daughter extra tight. I am sure you did the same with your parts. What a list soul you are.

Not trying to get you upset just wish you understood what it meant to be nice to people rather than yell and abuse them with words typed on the screen. But I doubt you will ever learn humility. It is all about you and you parts. I just mime back so we can give you a full refund.

After all this they cancelled my order, and a quick google search shows that I am not the only one who has had this experience.

Do yourself a favor, and shop somewhere else.
