Blue Ribbon Home Warranty FAILED To Honor Warranty Lakewood Colorado

Blue Ribbon failed to honor their commitment on a home warranty claim on a furnace repair. Their loophole was the furnace had been worked on as part of home inspection during purchase process. Blue Ribbon said it was our problem to deal with the original company that worked on it. Great heavens! Why did we bother with a home warranty at all?! Blue Ribbon's word, contract and value to any homeowner are worthless. Calling their customer "service" is like a trip to the dentist. We can't state strongly enough - DO NOT buy any "protection" from Blue Ribbon!!!
