There are some things with this company that are unfair.  One being - they offer you free installation and bill you for two months on your first bill.  They do not make it prominent or clear for the average person or consumer. 

They will charge you if you use their bundles and have to return equipment or services.  Their services go up and not down-if you need to downgrade because of financial circumstances.  In my case, I went to their office-paid everything owed to make my balance 0.  when turning in my stuff-and was told my next bill and following bills would be a certain low price-and when I went home to check my bill was lowered to 0-it was $200+.  I called customer service-and they said it would be off within 48 hours.  So I went in to their office - towards end of month to check.  I was going to be there in case of anything.  The women there, pulled my account.  Said I owed nothing.  My next bill was going to be the agreed amount.  I started being billed what was agreed upon-sometimes paid a few extra dollars. Then, I get a notice on my page-I need to pay $44 with my bill immediately.  Of course, I call up.  I am told when I returned the equipment months prior-it was not paid.  Which is total BS. As I paid over $60 that day and was told my bills from then on would be the agreed amount.  Then, went in to make sure everything was good.  if anything I overpaid $20.  I have been going back and forth with them-because I don't owe anything.

They said they would cut off service for me, even though I am paying my regular bills on time in full. I require my services for my disabled child and myself(also disabled).  I intend on returning their cable equipment as well now, to further lower my bills-and I am no longer in what they call the bundle agreement year.  So I shouldn't have a problem with this.  Again they do not make anything clear.  They offer you this great free setup etc and then bill you for two months.  If you downgrade it is more expensive.  A lot of neighbors seem to have issues as well.
