Blue Star Auto Movers Stefany M. And Jason would not give a refund, lied about getting my vehicle shipped in a timely manner,and would not responsibilty for not hiring a confident transporter Ft Lauderdale Florida

Bluestar auto movers would not give estimate on time of pick up or delivery until I would sign a contract. after that they said I would 1-5 days befor pick up and then was ready to pick the car up the next day,needless to say my car wasnt ready so it set for another 2 1/2 wks.

they tried to use the fact that my wasnt ready the first as an excuse to why it was taking son long for the second time.they finally got a trk to pick up my car from queens ny and the driver wanted the dealer to drive it to him in nj.

once I said no to that the drive finally came to get my car after alot of yelling on my part, he was supposed to pick it up on a flatbed as told to me by jason of bluestar.

The dealer called me and said the drive came in a full size pick up trk with a uhaul 2 wheel off the ground trailer to tow to nj. the driver towed my car and then left it in a storage facility out doors in nj for a week.

After I was told by bluestar my car was leaving that friday the driver picked it up,I believe that jason knew it was going to sit in that storage lot for a wk but he was running out of time to get the car picked up or I would be intitled to a refund after 14 days?

Bluestar auto movers and its employees are liars and will say anything to get there deposit from you and then will not help you in any way to get your vehicle shipped..
