Blue Star Racing & Auto Parts, Juan - Sales Rep Blue Star Racing & Auto Parts never delivered, but charged me anyway Pharr Texas

I ordered a couple parts for my 99 Nissan altima and with shipping it came to $180. My order was placed on June 1st, 2009, but weeks later it has not been delivered; although they did send a paper invoice in the mail, and they did charge my card.

I did a used parts search on the internet and Blue Star called me with the contact info I had left on the parts search website. They seemed very intelligent and capable, so I didn't think twice about placing the order. When they called me back the next day to make sure they shipped the right part they left a message. I called back and a nice lady answered, then transfered me to Juan, the sales rep who originally took my order. I felt confident that they were legit. But over 3 weeks later I still haven't received my parts. Now, when I go to their website (www.bluestarcorp.net) they have a dinky one-page business card website. I call their phone number and it just rings and rings no matter what time of day. I call their fax and a cell-phone like answering system picks up and tells me that no message has been set up.

I'm pretty sure this company is a scam.
