Blue Systems International Keith Gooselaw Scammed PI beware they will take your money, not do work and then sue you Santa Ana California

Sounds to me like the OP wanted a service but had unrealistic expectations which were not met as they hoped, then attempted to try 'Scam' Keith by filing a charge back and slandering his name. 

Your attempts are futile and it's really cowardice to publicly accuse someone of things that are untrue.  You had your day in court already and lost the case.

Your chance to prove this company and/or him personally is a ripoff has been determined to be unjustified.  According to the outcome of that case; the only ripoff artist is yourself. 

My name is Jen B. I have worked with both of the investigators mentioned in this report. Each individual separately, at his own agency. Years ago, I worked with Michael Joseph at his company, Blue Systems International. Then I worked with Keith Gooselaw at his Private Investigations Agency Interstate Executive Services.

I won't say anything about Michael Joseph or his company B.S.I. because I choose not to for my own reasons.  After reading this report, I have to set the record straight about Keith Gooselaw. I’ve worked with Keith for years at his own Private Investigations agency. Keith’s Gooselaw agency is not affiliated with Michael Joseph or M.J.’s company B.S.International. Keith Gooselaw is a reputable private investigator with integrity. Keith became a P.I. because he enjoys helping people.

I trust Keith with my life and I'd recommend his services to my own closest friends and family along with anyone who need a solid Private Investigator.I remember the case mentioned in this report. I know for a fact Keith did everything the client asked him to do. Without mentioning anything about this client’s personal issues as to why she hired Keith in the first place. Let's just say that sometimes when clients don't get the exact answers they want to hear for whatever reason, they seem to think it's okay to not pay for the services they request, so this client reversed the credit card charges and stuck Keith with the bill.

Yes, that is credit card fraud! The client hired Keith Gooselaw, then used Keith and his services, then regardless of all the time, effort and hard work Keith put into the case, the client decided not to pay Keith and she then reversed the credit card charges with no regard. Keith did the work, put in the time, he also gave the client what information he was able to find out in the limited time he was hired to do so. The client was being uncooperative and ignoring all attempts made to resolve this matter. 

Keith had no other choice then but to file in small claims against the client to try to recover the fee in court. Of course, Keith won the case, now the same client is on this website publicly bashing Keith's good reputation with false and incorrect information... I have to step in and stand up for what's right.  Keith Gooselaw is a Veteran who served his country, he then became a police officer for many years and proudly served his community. Keith is the best Private Investigator I have met thus far. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
