         The owners of Blue Tile Beach House, L.L.C. (“Blue Tile”) would like to clear up any rumors regarding our business. The entire property, Blue Tile’s website domain, and ALL information concerning any bookings have been hijacked and withheld from Blue Tile’s owners by the former caretakers of the Blue Tile rental property.   

Blue Tile has terminated its relationship with the former caretakers and removed them from any authority to act on behalf of Blue Tile.  Blue Tile has also initiated legal proceedings against the former caretakers in order to recover assets and information currently under their control.  We expect a decision from the court in mid-September. After that we hope to have all the contact information to any bookings that were made, but as of now we do not have access to this information. 

            Blue Tile is dedicated to returning all deposits for bookings that we are not able to accommodate for any reason.  We assure you of this.  If you see any negative postings online saying that you will not be paid back, please be informed that they were posted without Blue Tile’s authorization.

            To help us return your deposit in full, please send the following documentation to the address below: the room booked, dates booked, amount paid, balance due (if any), date paid, method paid, phone number, address, and email.  Any additional information you could provide would be helpful, including how you made the booking (i.e., through our website, on the phone with our former caretakers, or through another booking company).  Please send all documentation and information to:
