I am writing this in response to Report: #1246214 in which the owners of Blue Tile Beach House say they are commited to refunding all money for bookings. So far this has proven untrue!
The business was closed as it was operating illegally. County of Maui Planning Dept reference number RFS 14-0001182.
I have sent in requested informtion to address provided in report on 9/17/15, and as of today 11/11, not received any response. I submitted a BBB complaint as well. Unfortunately that was rejected due the business being closed. My next step is filing a consumer complaint as specified in the original notice. I am submitting this here in hopes the owners will respond to my letter.
