I hald started an application online then stopped when I saw the interest rates. For $300, after I had made every single payment, I'd be paying over $1200! I did not finish the application. Ever since then I have been receiving phone calls. They somehow got my work number and called it. I did not answer and reported the violation to the FTC. Their BBB business rating is F and they use many different company names to hook people. 44 out of the 53 complaints on the BBB site have not been closed or dealt with in a satisfactorily manner. 

I suggest people read the call history on 800 notes (http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-877-770-2682). They are not operating legitimately even though they claim to operate under tribal law.  However according to the FTC website that is incorrect: https://www.ftc.gov/news-events/press-releases/2014/03/us-district-judge-finds-ftc-can-sue-deceptive-payday-loan

DO NOT use this company! With so many different company "aliases" you can't trust them and they will not leave you alone if you decide against the application. These companies need to be prosecuted and stopped.
