We contracted Blue Webs Africa andspecifically, its CEO, Mr. Adams Tuva to design our e-commerce website. We came an agreement in December 2013 and Mr. Tuva was to take approximately 3 weeks to design the website. We paid the initial deposit and a holding page was put up on the domain. We paid the second payment, making a total of 70% of the total paid to Mr. Tuva.
The design process went on and on. Mtr Tuva and his team would not answer emails, telephone calls or skype calls. After one year of bad communication and little progress, Mr. Tuva admitted that he and his team could not deliver the website. At this point we asked for the incomplete file that he was working on to be transferred to us and that would be the end of the relationship.
Mr. Tuva refused to hand over the file. He wanted the money in full for the entire project that he could not deliver before he handed over the file. We reused to pay any more money. The file that we have seen is barely more than a shell.
At this point we asked for a refund of all monies paid to Mr. Tuva and Blue Webs Africa and then he could keep the file. Mr. Tuva refused. He has refused all our attempts to come to an amicable settlement. One and a half years on and not only do we not have a website, we are also out of pocket more than $1200.
DO NOT deal with this man or his company. He has no morals, no integrity and he is more than willing to exploit and defraud his clients.

Complaint – Allegation of Misconduct by Blue Webs Africa
This is to respond to allegations made in 2014 regarding one of my companies, Blue Webs Africa by SIX SISTERS a Nigerian Company registered by a Couple in Canada ( Husband – Nigerian and the Wife- Canadian ).
They reached out to my company for Canada to develop an online store called SIX SISTERS. We agreed on what thy wanted and started the project.
Blue Webs Africa is a leader in Africa on Online Systems and Websites and I believe it was the reason SIX SISTERS reached out to us to do their project.
The project was divided into 3 stages and the first TWO levels were completed IN FULL and paid for adding to 70% of the payment. This was clearly reflected in the contract.
The payment was divided into 3 payments, WITH THE TWO INITIAL PAYMENTS PAID IN FULL.
- Initial commitment to start the project – 30 %
- Approval of Concept – 40%
- Completion and population of content – 30%
Please be advised that the first two payments were paid in FULL after agreement and approvals by SIX sisters.
The website concept was approved and paid for, WHEN it came to content, all content AND logo were placed on the approved website concept wich was later turned down after approval with SIX sisters saying they need new designs. THIS WAS AT STAGE 3 of the contract
Blue Webs Africa is committed to delivering quality and we agreed to develop another website template ( second website ). This went on ( request for new websites templets ) into the third, fourth and fifth website concept. ALL THE links are below and still LIVE.

“ After one year of bad communication and little progress “ is what clients call the 5 website concept we developed.
Although through the year we developed 5 DIFFERENT WEBSITE CONCEPTS
The contract ( signed by Blue Webs AFRICA And SIX SISTERS) allows us to make one website concept which WHEN approved ( in this case by email and the second payment of 40 % ) does not allow us to dedicate more hours to designing other website concepts.
BLUE WEBS AFRICA through my instructions as CEO developed 4 more website concepts towards trying to fulfill our client's needs.
It now seems very unfair for the couple to say we took their money without working. We did not charge a single extra shilling for the 4 new designs despite the contract stating we only provide one website concept which CANNOT be reversed on APPROVAL ( email and payment )
Blue Webs Africa had over 200 clients when SIX Sisters reached out from CANADA to KENYA.
Blue Webs Africa has developed over 500 websites to date from clients all over the world, America, Canada, Tanzania, Kenya and all over Africa.
SIX SISTERS is the ONLY client who has EVER complained about our service and the allegations are not true.
Kindly review all the 5 links/websites we made for SIX sites above and you can “carbon date ” the pages to see when the sites were made. ALL the pages were done before the complaint.
I have personally reached out to the Couple and Owners of SIX Sister to advise them to collect their WEBSITES but are yet to do so.
We are still ready to talk to them now if they agree to this
Blue Webs Africa is ready to give them the 5 websites we developed for them and we do not need/require any more money from them.
We believe the post they made on the website / http://www.ripoffreport.com/ was not done in good faith and is malicious and misdirecting and is tarnishing our brand name and should immediately be brought down.
We are ready to provide any additional information to prove that we delivered the project and the claims made by the couple were unfounded.
