Blue Whale Publications INC. charging $900 for magazines i did not order. I called to cancel the subscription i never subscribed for and they wouldent let me. keep callling me and threatning to send me to collection. Pompano Beach Florida

I am being charged nine hundred dollers worth of magazines that i did not order. When the first bill arrived of 99.80 i called and told them i never subscribed and would like to stop being billed.

THey said that i had agreed and now there is a subscribtion made and it cannot be cancelled. I once again told them that i was never interested and would like to have it cancelled. They told me there was no other way and if i did not pay they would send me to collection.

I refuse to pay the bill because i never asked for the magazines and i never subscribed, so they keep calling and calling and each time they are very very rude. They have threatened me by saying they would send my account to collection.

I never gave them any of my information but they have it all claiming that my credit card company gave it to them because they are affiliated companies. When i called to confirm this they said that they had never heard of that company and much less be affiliated with them. Im not sure where they got my information but the harasment over the phone has not stopped they are extreamly rude and call constantly.
