earl, i do sympathize with you. the independant contractor who was in charge of the installation of my pool happens to live in the small town that i do. i was in the local video store, renting some videos, when this man asked me "how are you enjoying your pool?" i told him about the problems that i have had with global-sun pools. he then informed me that he has quit working for global-sun pools. he then apologized to me for all the trouble that i have had with this pool. needless to say, he does not do any kind of work on pools anymore due to his experiences he had working for global-sun. he then informed me that if he knew what kind of company global-sun was, he would have never went to work for them in the first place.

michael, all i can say is "get real". what will it take for you to realize that "global-sun/blue world pools" is nothing but a bunch of scam artists, liars, and cheats? since how you do not realize this, you must fall into one of those three categories.

Just since this report began on our company we have dealt with approximately 203,183 customers. Of our management team the President has 24 years of pool experience, the Service Manager has 22 years of pool experience, the General Manager has 21 years of pool experience, the Credit Manager has 15 years of pool experience, and the Installation Manager has 9 years of pool experience. We advertise and sell pools priced from $299.00 to over $10,000.00. The customer chooses the pool that best fits their needs. We have sold, installed, and serviced thousands and thousands and thousands of pools. We have hired thousands of salespeople, associates, and installation crews. We have been told by our vendors that we are one of the largest pool dealers in the whole country and we have more safeguards to protect our customers and associates than any other pool company anywhere. No company, including but not limited to Wal-Mart, Home Depot, General Motors, Bank of America, and Delta Airlines have 100% happy customers or associates. Even the Better Business Bureau has tons of complaints, (See Badbusinessburea.com). After adding up all the negatives contained in this report we still have over a 99.99% success rate. In comparison to the number of customers and associates we deal with our complaints are miniscule. No company ios perfect but we are trying to be.

This report is not true. We do not steal from potential customers or salespeople. It is a shame when a competitor or dishonest person knowingly makes up untruthful rip-off reports. Rip-Off reports are of no value to potential customers because Rip-Off report does not check for truthfulness in the report, instead Rip-Off reports allow people that try to destroy a companies reputation to remain anonymous. We would like to invite Earl in Baton Rouge to call us and let's go to Binding Arbitration. We will let Earl present any evidence that he has to substantiate his allegations he has made against us. We will let a neutral third party decide if Earl is correct or if he owes us money for false defamation. We will be glad to have the Arbitrator's ruling posted on this Rip-Off report. Binding Arbitration is cost efficient, fast, and fair.

I also noticed that they've been sued in Alabama for fraud when they were Pool Depot.
