Blue World Pools gets a POSITIVE RATING  in customer support from Rip-Off Report and is fulfilling its commitment to provide excellent customer service.  Blue World Pools actively resolves complaints and addresses contractor issues.  This Editor has reviewed the Reports regarding Blue World Pools and has found a real and dedicated effort by Blue World Pools' management team to effectively resolve past, present, and future complaints.  The number of Reports is so very small in comparison to its total number of customers.  Also, a portion of the complaints was either fictitious and or posted by competitors.  Blue World Pools has worked with Rip-off Reports to make the changes necessary to give consumers additional confidence and trust to purchase Blue World Pools' swimming pool packages.  The truth is, no matter how hard any company may try, including Blue World Pools, there are bound to be a certain number of complaints.  It has been consistently demonstrated by Blue World Pools that what becomes of those complaints is the tell tale sign of the strength of the organization as a whole.

I had the misfortune of responding to one of their employment postings on Monster.com and accepting a position with them before I found ripoffreport.com This is how they work: You see a late night ad advertising an above ground pool for $299 ($399 now) or an add for Thermospas. You call in and set an appointment for a salesman to come out and see you for 90 minute presentation. 1st question to ask yourself is for $299 they pay a salesman to come out to my house? The salesman arrives for your appointment WITH THE SOLE INTENTION OF TRYING TO SELL YOU A $16000 ABOVE GROUND POOL or a $20,000 jacuzzi. IT IS HIGH PRESSURE! PROMISED OF RICHES FOR SELLING SOMETHING THAT PEOPLE ALREADY WANT! BIG DOLLARS.....Needless to say, I didn't do very well because I knew that this was all wrong. The two sales that I did get were only after the Sales Manager on the phone went down to under $8000 for the pool and $10000 for the spa. Oh, they know you don't have the cash, that's why they offer flexible payment plans at 21% interest if you qualify! I can't tell you how many conversations I had with people who all said the same thing everyone has to say on this board "I knew it was too good to be true" or "I feel like I've been scammed" WARNING: THEY CHANGE THEIR NAMES AFTER THE WORD GETS OUT ABOUT THEM. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT CALL IN FOR AN APPOINTMENT. There advertising IS INTENTIONALLY misleading! SPREAD THE WORD.....BLUE WORLD POOLS WILL CERTAINLY DO EVERYTHING IN ITS POWER TO GET YOU TO SAY YES. DO NOT MAKE A DECISION BASED ON A SLICK PRESENTATION AND A BAIT AND SWITCH TACTIC OF THEM GIVING YOU HUGE DISCOUNTS TO HAVE A POOL INSTALLED AS A "SHOW" POOL IN THE AREA. JUST ANOTHER LIE. This is to the employees of Blue World Pools. Everybody already know how deceptive Blue World Pools are. You may have fooled us once or we would not be on this site. If this were real happy costumers and you were so happy with your pools, why are you here reading about everyone else's missery with this company and not out in your pool. I say "Go back to work, while you still have a job". We are taking all the advise we read from this site to do what we can to stop blue world pools from taking from us and hopefully we can help make sure you and other employees stop hurting and taking from other innocent people.

i have had the best time

getting a blue world pool installed at our place was the best ever anniversary gift that my husband could have gifted me. the best thing was that my husband called up the dealers of and immediately a representative was sent by them to take a look at the space where we wanted the pool to be installed. this was actually a easy process and once this process was done, they came down to get the pool installed.

The best part is that we got the pool at a very competitive rate. the pool has been the best thing to us since the time it got installed. it has helped us to maintain a daily routine of swimming and water exercises.

moreover my kids also like the swimming sessions and we all love the gathering that we have by the pool side. infact with blue world pool i feel my family has got a better chance to interact and spend more quality time. thanks blue world pool.

Please. To the people in the Atlanta office...You are the ones writing the positive comments! Out of the 19 sales reps in the April 19th class everyone of us has had nothing but negative responses from the customers we sold.Actually its kind of sad, you have to write your own positive comments.

This just proves our point. that you are ripping hardworking american's off. Shame On You. "Oh" that's right we were told by our instuctor in training class that the people who buy from you are dumb and ignorant. I think consumers are proving you wrong! You are the ignorant ones because their are plenty of us out here you ripped off.and we have only begun to fight.

My family loves their Blue World Pool

Hello friends,

I recently acquired a Blue World Pool from a reputed dealer who was recommended by a friend. The representative of the company who arrived at my doorstep following a phone call was very polite and helpful and guided me through the various finance schemes available with Blue World Pool. The process was smooth and it was nothing like the nightmare I imagined it would be.

Before I realized it, my family and I were the proud owners of our very own private pool. Not only was it designed to suit the decor of my home, the changes suggested by the Blue World Pool representative also made perfect sense, once I saw the final result.

As a satisfied customer of Blue World Pool I would like to thank them for their prompt service and would no doubt like to continue my association with Blue World Pool for a long term.

I came across the Blueworldpools.com website while searching for pools. Wow, a 15'x24' above ground pool, originally valued at $1,995.00 was advertised for $349.00. The website said to call them and to also read the Econoline pool agreement before purchasing.

I called and was told that a rep would come out to my house to make sure that my land was ok to install the pool on and that a 90 minute visit with both my husband and myself present was necessary. I explained that I wanted the pool they were advertising and that I could go to the city building and get the codes to see if I could install the pool.

I know that city codes may differ from one place to another,so it didn't make sense that the rep had to determine that. I also didn't want to hear about any other pools with a deal they offered. I also asked about where to locate the Econoline pool agreement and 3 employees couldn't tell me where it was. There was a Login feature, but it was unusable because there was no place to register in order to login,and no one knew about that either.

I was very suspicious and told the lady that all I want to do is order the pool and that they made it too difficult to purchase, so I said that I changed my mind,thanked her, and hung up. I then did a Google search for the website and came across the Ripoff Report and decided to write this. If you think it's too good to be true, it is.

They will change there name

Do you think they will change there name and get out of another investigation. I had to send them $2,000.00 dollars to cancel....that is un-heard of. I had to re-finance my home to send the money...they told me if I did not send the money they would take my land and trailer. I fax them the cancellation the next day but they said it had to be sent by mail. I pleaded with Ken that I could not afford to pay the money I was a single mom but he did not care he was so rude. I was suppose to send $2,500.00 but I guess they were happy with the $2,000.00 because I have not heard from them since. I spoke to a local pool place here in mu home town and I ask them what they charged if a customer canceled and he said he charged $100.00 for paper work and I told him what Blue World Pools charged me and is said that should be against the law to charge that much to cancel you order. Do I call the Attorney general office or can you file a complaint on-line?

If you go to myfoxatlanta.com it has were they changed there name 3 time.
This has got to stop....what are we going to do???????????
They are probably in the middle of changing there name now so they do not have to pay back any money to us.
