Blue Bay Advisors also ripped us off. We where contacted in Nov. 07 saying that they had immediate buyers for our timeshare. All we had to do is pay for the Title search and an Estopple letter. $515.20! Well after I paid them, I never heard from them again. I tried to call them and never could get a hold of our sales guy (Nick Simmons). They said he didn't work for them anymore (or something like that) and I finally got to talk to Jim Ryan that said he was going to work my property for Nick. Well never heard back from him again. So then Peter Miller said he now has my property and he also said "I will call you back don't worry, when you call I will call you back" well guess what! I can't get a hold of him either! So now it is time (way past time) to get these people shut down before they take other people's hard earned money.
