Atl Biz Capital operated as a broker/ ISO with BlueBill Funding LLC and worked directly with Steve Miller the ISO Director.  Steve and I have worked in the past on a few large opportunities but nothing materlized but he later came to me with a business proposal that he will provide me active leads to close directly with BlueBill Funding and affiliates.  Steve Miller sent me detailed loan documents and applications of active clients that were newly submitted by current brokers/ISO's that submitted loans to BlueBill Funding in trust that BlueBill will close those loans in good faith and not back door them on loan submissions to cut them out their commissions.  When I refused to call on those leads and called Steve out on the mistrust that is being displayed by him and BlueBill Funding, he took it upon himself to not pay me and my company for 3 loans that we closed through BlueBill Funding on April 17th, 2018. From the actions taken by Steve Miller, this is the obvious business practice that he and the C Level leadership approve of with BlueBill Funding to operate as a cloke and dagger shop. 

I been in this industry for many years and I seen a lot but I can say for certain this is the first time that I witnessed the passing of client information from a Direct Lender to an ISO to close business behind the backs of the hard working brokers that trusted that information was only being submitted to them to close for their clients.  We all had the calls from our clients that stated that several brokers had called them directly with knowledge of their sensitive and priviate bank details and other information hours after we submitted to a Direct Lender with hope of getting an approval to close that loan for their client.  Steve Miller provided me first hand proof that BlueBill Funding LLC is one of those lenders that will leak your information to other brokers to contact and back door you.  

I am reporting that Steve Miller and BlueBill Funding LLC have refused to pay me my commission earned based on the ISO Agreement that was executed with BlueBill Funding LLC and also report the dishonest business practice that is being allowed by all the C level Executives of BlueBill Funding LLC to operate their business.  If the C Level team is not promoting this type of business pratice they should move to take the proper steps to reevaluate their business model because trust is key to get the proper loan submissions to maintain the loan portfolio to remain a trusted lender that ISO's like myself will send business too.

I have text messages and emails to back my truth to this accusation that we are making towards Steve Miller and BlueBill Funding LLC.
